DIVYA JAGASIA 

Food consultant specializing in pulses and plant-based matters.

Born in India, raised in USA and now residing in Sweden, I bring my eclectic background into my work. I have a bachelors degree in English Communication as well as in Food Science and Nutrition.

I am currently working in Stockholm as a product and recipe developer but also write articles, share my nutritionally-sound recipes and orchestrate cooking classes and workshops.

Pulses (dried beans, lentils, peas) are my calling, so I am aptly the chairwoman of the Swedish legume society called Baljväxtakademin. My goal is to help people appreciate the wonders of pulses!
